Edward Peake School OFSTED Report

Inspectors visited Edward Peake CofE School on 8 and 9 January 2025. They highlighted the school’s warm and welcoming community and how proud students are of their school. They also commented on the high expectations of staff for all students and how students work hard to meet these aspirations and as a result they attend, learn and achieve well.

Edward Peake School was rated “Good” across all four key areas: quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development and leadership and management.

Edward Peake CofE School received a focused monitoring inspection on 24 February 2026. The inspectors highlighted the inclusive and harmonious school environment and the positive relationships between staff, students, parents and carers. They commented on the work that has been done to prepare the school, staff and students for its full transition to a secondary school and our broad and ambitious curriculum for all students.
