It is with deep sadness that we learnt about the passing of Edward Peake's first headteacher, Mr Phillip Haines on 5 December.
He loved the school and the Biggleswade community. When the school was first opened he commented, "Education is sharing. Relationships are the staff's first priority." An ethos our school still continues.
